Terrorism is one of the crucial current problems of international community and the root of the most dangerous threats against the nations and global security especially during the past hundred years. One of the countries which has been the victims of many assassinations, and lost a large number of its thinkers and erudite in the way of their religious and national ideals is the Islamic Republic of Iran. 8th of Shahrivar (August, 30) recalls one of the most tragic contemporary terrorist incidents, in which two most servant statesmen of Islamic Republic of Iran, Rajaee and Bahonar, were martyred. Now, we have rised to protest anti-humanity actions of terrorism supporters headed by the U.S. and UK, with a new method for the world to know that we will never hesitate a moment to prove our belief and to .justify the rights of the Oppressed

There are more than 1 billion smokers in the world today. All of us are aware of the dangers of smoking to oneself and to others. Smoking leads to a lot of respiratory diseases such as emphysema and lung cancer, which are both part of the top causes of death globally. Smokers do not only pose a threat to themselves, but to the people surrounding them as well. Studies have shown that secondhand smoke is even more dangerous. Most of the smokers have considered quitting, but unfortunately, does not have enough will power to do it. Stop smoking tips are everywhere. However, it is still up to the smoker to have enough determination to successfully quit the habit.

Aside from stop smoking tips, there are also artificial ways to quit smoking. Some resort to nicotine patches or candies. However, some have the tendency to quit the actual act of smoking, but consequently become dependent on the artificial tool used. What happens is that smokers usually go back to the habit a few days or weeks of not using the nicotine patch, for example. This is why it’s better to just follow stop smoking tips that are natural and does not involve artificial means.

Here are some stop smoking tips that are really helpful:

Eat and Live Healthy

Most smokers feel the urge to smoke when they encounter stress. Others feel that smoking after meals aids digestion. Smokers can avoid stress by making sure that we maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eating fruits and vegetables, or taking herbal supplements that reduce stress is a great way to facilitate a smoker’s intention to quit smoking. Smokers can also look for recreational activities that can take their mind away from smoking. In addition, constantly reminding someone of the dangers posed by smoking to themselves and to their loved ones might be able to do the trick.

Mind Power through Hypnotherapy

Some smokers just cannot sustain the drive to quit smoking. Most would be able to stop for a few days, but would find themselves smoking again because they think they can’t quit. Through hypnotherapy, a smoker is subconsciously conditioned to relax and not feel the urge to smoke.

Just Quit

Stop smoking tips are only as effective as the person’s will power to follow them. The most effective way to quit smoking is just to stop. Some people may have been successful by decreasing the number of cigarettes they consume in a day, until they reach a point that they can survive 24 hours without lighting one. However, for most people, it is more effective to just stop, and not go back to smoking no matter what it takes.

Stop smoking tips are just useful guides that can aid smokers to quit. However, it is still up to the person’s will power and determination to stop smoking. Artificial or natural means are both effective if someone has really decided that he or she wants to quit smoking. But if a smoker does not have enough motivation and willingness to quit, then any means would definitely be ineffective.

Is it really simple and easy to Stop Smoking Cigarette? For most smokers it is not, right? Are you among the millions of smokers trying to quit smoking seriously?

Why do most people fail once and again trying to stop smoking cigarette?

Please, let me explain the process:

There are two group of smokers, what group do you belong to?

FIRST group:

Young people thinking they are iron made.

People who think that bad things only happen to others.

Smokers conscious of problems of smoking, but always thinking to quit tomorrow.

People that are not still conscious about how harmful is smoking for them.

SECOND group:

People smoking for a while, conscious they need to stop smoking cigarette as soon as possible.

Smokers who have tried quitting before, but never a very serious way.

These have smoked more than ten or fifteen years, and already have some of typical symptoms of veteran smokers. In this group, there are people very scared thinking often that something will happen to them, at least they quit fast. Clock is counting against them…tic-tock

Smokers with some kind of disease already that required to stop smoking cigarette at once. The clock for this group already passed away, now it is a must to quit smoking, and hopefully they get lucky.

Who will quit smoking first, people of first or second group, assuming all of them smoke same quantity of cigarettes? I guess answer is crystal clear, right? Of course people of second group will stop first.

WHY?

Answer is common sense too, because second group people is more CONSCIOUS of how harmful smoking is than people of first group, right? Then I have another question for you, do people of second group have more addiction to nicotine than first group people? NO, people of both groups have same addiction to nicotine. So, if all of them have same physical addiction to nicotine, what is the difference between both groups…

WHAT IS THE KEY?

Easy, the KEY IS MENTAL DEPENDENCE. Yes, 90% is mental, I mean your addiction is dominated by your SUBCONSCIOUS mind. This is why you need to take the conscious decision to quit smoking, and then having a strong willpower to face against your subconscious. I hope you agree with me that people of second group have so much reasons to quit smoking than people of first group, so there will be a greater percentage of people from second group that will stop smoking and low percentage from first group.

Despite you belong to second group, 99% of smokers give same excuse for don´t stop smoking: I don´t have will power enough!

The subconscious mind is very powerful, because you can not control it as you do on your conscious mind, so majority of people look for help when they take the final decision to stop smoking cigarette. Unfortunately most of them make it wrong way, I mean they chose a method to faith against their physical instead mental addiction, as patches, gums, etc… That way they need to have a very strong willpower to struggle against their subconscious mind, and usually fail on the way.

However, people picking up a system to dominate their subconscious mind, as self hypnosis, or psychotherapy don´t need much willpower, just a firm decision to Stop Smoking Cigarette, and usually those have success quitting the habit.

Thus, it doesn’t matter if you belong to first or second group of smokers, a wise decision would be to chose to be a happy no smoker from today on…Take a system that help on your subconscious mind, and your odds to be successful are really high.

Be smarter than a simple cigarette, and chose to live the healthy way.

I hope you make the correct decision of quit smoking today, and enjoy a better life for you and your family.
What’s so special about a stop smoking ebook, and how in the world can reading a stop smoking ebook help me to stop smoking? These questions might come to mind when someone suggests that you read a stop smoking ebook to help you to stop smoking But how can just reading help you to stop smoking? The following paragraphs will explain to you just how this simple tool can be so effective.

How Can Reading About Stopping Smoking Help Me?

Reading stimulates our imagination. It is our imagination that gets us started with anything we plan. Think about it. If you had a vacation coming up, and you wanted to travel, wouldn’t you use your imagination to decide where you wanted to go? If you had some brochures with pictures, or checked out some websites with photos, wouldn’t you start to daydream about your vacation in different places? And then once you decided on a place and booked your destination, wouldn’t you daydream and imagine being there, so you got all juiced up and ready to go?

When you embark on your stop smoking journey, it’s helpful to have as many tools in your possession as possible. Preparing yourself for what’s in store for you when you stop, and having a plan of action when you come across difficulties, can mean the difference between success and failure. So that’s one of the ways that reading a stop smoking ebook can help you.

The Secret To Making A Stop Smoking Ebook Work

I like using an ebook, because I can read it on my computer, or download it to my Ipod, or digital reader, but best of all I like to print out a copy to carry with me for when I’m away from my computer. With this printed version I’m able to write in the borders, and underline passages, or highlight sentences so they stand out to me when I skim through the pages later on. Highlighting and making notes also plugs these things into my subconscious mind in a way that just reading alone is not able to do.

What Types Of Stop Smoking Ebooks Should I Read?

Some of these stop smoking ebooks provide you with a guide or plan. Listing things to do in preparation for the day that you quit smoking. They lead you day by day with specific chores to do and they guide your thoughts to focus on that very important choice you made to become a non-smoker. And then once you start they add additional things to do when and if you experience some kind of challenge.

Another type of stop smoking ebook that is helpful is one filled with case studies of others who have stopped smoking. With these ebooks, you might find someone like you, who is faced with the same challenges or experiences as you, and you see how they overcame these challenges and succeeded. These inspiring tales are helpful in supplying you with the encouragement you might need during a low period.

And another type of stop smoking ebook will supply you with images, and thoughts of the horrible consequences of remaining a smoker. We have all seen or heard about people losing body parts and having to live life with their faces totally disfigured, or having to carry around their own supply of oxygen, or a mechanical voice box. These horrors are effective deterrents when you think you want a cigarette.

I have also come across an ebook that tells you about using hypnosis to help you to stop, and shows you how to do self-hypnosis. This particular ebook then goes on to supply you with a script you can use for this auto-suggestion technique. It has proven to be very effective.

In Summary

So reading a stop smoking ebook is a great way to get started on the path of a non-smoker and be free from the slavery of tobacco forever.

The most important thing to realize is that you can absolutely stop smoking Every person who wanted to stop and has kept at it, no matter how many times they might have slipped up, has succeeded in stopping. In your quest to become a non-smoker remember the sentiments of Winston Churchill “Never Give In, Never Give In, Never Give In.”

Marc Carlin
World renowned hypnotist, a former smoker and an avid ebook reader. Marc has done thousands of hypnosis sessions to help people regain control over their smoking habit and other behaviors. He loves turning smokers into non-smokers.

Cigarette smoking is a really damaging habit that will present you with numerous medical problems and significantly shorten your life span. There are different techniques and resources that would enable you to kick your nasty habit; stop smoking online forums would offer you the assistance you require in order to be free of cigarettes for good. This article covers how you could give up smoking online.

A lot of quit smoking online forums run on a non-profit basis, but there are also a handful of online forums that might require a modest fee. When you register for a stop smoking online forum, you will receive stop smoking support throughout your quest to have a tobacco-free life. This type of support is made available in 2 ways: web-based sessions that impart assistance and suggestions, and a telephone number that you could call up whenever you have the desire to light up cigarettes.

Should you opt to utilize stop smoking online forums, you have to do a little research to identify forums and support groups that you’re comfortable with. In addition, you should be truthful to yourself when it comes to what you really require in terms of aid. Bear in mind that there are passive and active support groups: active support groups would inquire about your motives for stopping smoking, the quit smoking tactics that you work with and the problems that you experience, while passive ones will simply provide you with suggestions and counsel concerning the ways to tackle the obstacles that you take on on a daily basis. You will find loads of stop smoking online forums and also support groups to select from, so you should take a look at each one and judge them according to their merits and whether they satisfy your requirements.

It is vital that you have regular communication with your selected group. Also, if your preferred stop smoking online group has live get-togethers, it is advisable for you to participate in them so that you could speak to fellow nicotine users who have exactly the same problem as you and face similar complications.

Becoming a member of a quit smoking online forum or support group is just one of the solutions you may take in order to stop using tobacco. It’s likely that there is no need to become a member of an internet forum, and that you could get hold of all the guidance you require from your family, friends and colleagues. The very best type of support will be from those who care for and love you. You ought to let them know that you want to quit smoking cigarettes for good and that you’ll need their assistance and guidance in order to get past this massive challenge in your life.

There might be times when you require someone or a few people to watch you, dispose of your leftover cigarette cartons and keep a close eye on you. This type of scenario will most likely arise, particularly when you have not chosen to stop smoking cold turkey. You can ask somebody to allow you to smoke one cigarette stick every hour and a half or so. In time, this 90-minute interval could be lengthened until you finally stop smoking cigarettes altogether. You will get a better chance of making it if you know of a loved one, close friend or colleague who also hopes to quit using tobacco; you can conquer your dependence at the same time and keep tabs on each other.

Besides becoming a member of quit smoking online forums and support groups and asking the individuals in your life for help, you can also speak to your physician about the best smoking cessation methods to make use of. You and your doctor could determine if prescription medication is advisable in your case. All of the risk factors for extreme depression and mental disorders need to be excluded before you take this specific option. A different way to go about it is to sign up for a support group, check out their reading material and utilise their Internet-based support systems while you take prescribed medication.

You will need all of the stop smoking support you can find, and frequently, additional information and reassurance would go a long way. It’ll be incredibly difficult to quit smoking, especially if you’ve been addicted to it for so long. Quit smoking online forums and support groups (in addition to guidance and pointers from the folks in your life) would help you stop making use of cigarette sticks as an emotional crutch and be tobacco-free once and for all!

As we have seen in part one of this article (Why Stop Smoking – the downsides of smoking), there are a myriad of reasons why you might not want to smoke. However, it is important to recognise the benefits of stopping smoking and how this can have a positive effect on your health status.

Why Stop Smoking Reason #8: It is never too late to stop. Research has shown that after the age of about 35-40, every year of smoking reduces life expectancy by about 3 months on average. If you can quit before then, statistically, you risk little chance of a shortened life expectancy.

Why Stop Smoking Reason #9: People who smoke suffer from regular bursts of hypertension (high blood pressure) as a reaction to smoking. The nicotine triggers an adrenalin rush in the body that constricts arteries, speeds up heart rate and increases blood pressure.

When you stop smoking you stop putting your body through these stress cycles and research has shown that blood circulation around the body improves significantly within about 3 months of quitting.

Why Stop Smoking Reason #10: When you smoke, carbon monoxide in the tobacco smoke is absorbed into the blood stream. This gas locks itself onto the red blood cells, which should only carry oxygen in, and carbon dioxide out of the body. As a result of the carbon monoxide hijacking the red blood cells, the bloods efficiency is reduced by up to 15% in a smoker compared to that of a non-smoker.

When you stop smoking, your body starts fixing the blood by prizing the carbon monoxide off the red blood cells so that they can work properly. Within 2 days, your blood will be in full working order and tip top again!

Why Stop Smoking Reason #11: When you smoke, every puff of smoke causes damage to the cells and tissue structure of the lungs. Some of this damage is repairable, some is not.

When you stop smoking, the damage that is repairable will be repaired and the damage that is not repairable will not get any worse. This is important for diseases like emphysema that are irreversible so stopping smoking will stop the progress of the disease.

Smokers who quit will notice great improvement in their lung function with substantially less wheezing and coughing. (The wheezing and coughing is caused by mild bronchitis that all smokers suffer throughout their smoking lives.)

Why Stop Smoking Reason #12: Anyone can see the difference between someone who has been a long term smoker and some one who hasn’t. When you stop, your appearance will improve as your body cleans itself of the toxins that have been ingested through years of smoking. Your skin will become more radiant and will lose its greyish pallor. Wrinkles may become less pronounced and you will look healthier.

Why Stop Smoking Reason #13: Statistics show that people who stop smoking reduce their risks of cancer. Risk of lung cancer will be half of that of a smoker after just 10 years off the cigarettes. Risks of other cancers will also reduce rapidly with time.

Why Stop Smoking Reason #14: Smokers run a high risk of heart attack but quitting smoking reduces these risks dramatically. After just 1 year, a smoker who has quit will have halved his or her risk of suffering a fatal heart attack, compared to someone who continues to smoke. After 15 years, there will be no noticeable difference in risk between an ex-smoker and someone who has never smoked.

The Dr Phil television show last Wednesday (January 22, 2008) featured a man who had a heart attack but checked out of the hospital so he could smoke a cigarette!

Job-searchers, who can’t stop smoking for the sake of their health, can be motivated to stop for the sake of their careers.

It’s nobody’s business if you smoke, unless you’re a candidate for a senior-level position. Then you better think about “what happens after I quit smoking,” or your career plans could go up in smoke.

It’s no secret that corporations do lots of checking before offering positions to higher-level job hunters. Potential employers check you out carefully because a company’s life and disability insurance premiums skyrocket for smokers. The cost of key person insurance can be up to 100% more for the executive who smokes. That’s why candidates for senior positions are often required to reveal how much they smoke and drink.

It’s no wonder you’re still puffing away despite a New Year’s resolution to quit smoking. Experts say nicotine is a stronger addiction than alcohol. So it’s tougher to stop smoking than it is to stop drinking.

Alcoholics in recovery stop drinking “one day at a time.” Many former smokers have used the same method to quit. So when it comes to tips on how to stop smoking, stop telling yourself you’ll quit forever but will not smoke just for today.

So when your New Year’s resolution to stop smoking hasn’t kicked in yet, change your attitude from stopping cold turkey to postponing your next smoke for ten minutes. Then go without a cigarette for 20 minutes the next time, working up to longer periods between smoking. That’s how I practice quitting many years ago when I wasn’t ready to stop for a full day. Before I knew it, I had stopped smoking one day at a time.

When you’re a job candidate who is not ready to quit and is still puffing away, avoid lighting up before interviewing or you’ll smell like a cigarette. Your last smoke can be an hour beforehand. Then chew gum or pop a mint ten minutes before you meet and greet.

Now you can reflect upon the question, “what happens when I quit smoking?” The answer for job hunters and senior level employees is clear. You’re chances of climbing up the corporate ladder is a heck of a lot easier when you stop smoking. You can fall off if you don’t.
